Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup

1 46 oz carton chicken broth
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
3 cups cooked chicken
2 green chilies, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
3-4 large tomatoes, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
1 tablespoon chili power
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1/2 of a lime’s juice
chopped cilantro & avocado for garnish

Add all ingredients, except the lime juice and garnishes to the crock pot and cook on low for 5-6 hours.  Add lime juice when finished cooking.  Serve with cilantro and avocado slices.
