Jamie is certified as a personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She was born and raised in Austin and has a B.A. in marketing from Texas Tech University. Jamie has always led an active lifestyle, and she thrives on the healthful benefits that a good workout and proper nutrition provide.

To Jamie, there is nothing more precious than the relationships we develop with those around us, and she is deeply passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. She is a mother of three children and enjoys spending time at the lake, swimming, snow skiing, hiking, and doing other outdoor activities with her husband and kids.

Abby Lindemann - Certified Personal Trainer

Abby is one of the few Austinites (born and raised) on our team. After graduating from Texas A&M, she quickly got involved in the fitness industry. Her first fitness competition was the year after giving birth to her first daughter, Kirsten, in 2004. Since then, she has done more than 25 contests and has won several of them. She is now a great motivator to others, as well as to her three children.

In her spare time, she enjoys being active by lifting weights and doing cardio outside with her kids. Moving the body every day just feels good to her. Austin Garner

Austin Garner - Certified Personal Trainer

Austin was born in Florida and raised in Texas. After graduating from
high school he spent years jumping from job to job without any real plan
in mind. During Covid-19 he decided that it was time for him to make a
change. He would use this time to lose over 90 pounds and grow a
passion for fitness. He wanted to make the path to weight loss and a
healthy lifestyle attainable for anyone who wanted it. He is now certified
through ISSA not only in personal training, but as a nutrition counselor as
well. He now helps others with the same transformation process he has
been through himself. In his free time he enters gaming competitions,
builds computers, plays saxophone/guitar, and spends time with friends.

Karen Gordon - Certified Personal Trainer

Karen is originally from Seattle, Washington. She was not an athlete as a kid, but starting
running with her older brother as a teen, and soon realized the mental and physical benefits that
came with being in shape. She ventured into weight training, which helped her greatly in future
athletic endeavors. At Stanford University, she was on the Crew team, and later had an
extended career in the high-tech industry.

Now a Certified Personal Trainer, Karen loves to share the joy and sense of accomplishment
that comes with having strength & stamina to spare in all her activities. She joins her children
swimming, hiking and biking, and is an accomplished triathlete. She believes a little bit of
commitment to fitness reaps confidence and rewards in all aspects of life.

Nikki

Niki J. Torres - Certified Personal Trainer

Niki J. Torres passionately believes there is strength in accountability and the smallest changes can make the biggest differences. A personal trainer for over 10 years, she enjoys how exercise makes her feel; she’s been active in all sorts of ways, from intramural sports to family mud runs and lifting. A shift took place in 2016, however, when she discovered she needed a hip replacement. Seven years and two replacements later, Niki has gained a deep respect for mobility work, corrective exercise, and post-rehab training!

Niki loves being a part of her clients' journeys towards feeling stronger and more empowered by what their bodies are capable of doing for all of their lives: to move with ease, get up and down from the floor without issue, to have the energy to play with children and grandchildren.

Niki holds certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Athletics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and Precision Nutrition (PN). She is certified in corrective exercise, water aerobics, myofascial release, and nutrition coaching. Clinton Martinez

Clinton Martinez - Certified Personal Trainer

Born and raised in Austin, Texas. Fitness really grasped this fun-loving bald
hunk at a young age. At 12 years old, Clinton realized he was a bit bigger than
the other kids. He took it upon himself one beautiful Texas summer to spend
time in the water. Swimming every day, he was able to drop 50 pounds and
discover his love for fitness. With family ties in addiction, he decided to carve
a different path. He pursued a career in fitness to help others achieve their
goals towards a healthier lifestyle. He is now a certified personal trainer,
health coach, and nutritionist through the International Sports Sciences
Association (ISSA). He likes to make workouts challenging, but fun! He is also
a stickler for good form to keep workouts safe. In his free time, he enjoys
hiking with his dog, experimenting with plant-based meals, and dabbling in
improv.
